Welcome to VIP Mega Limo and VIP Miami Limos. The vipmegalimo.com and vipmiamilimos.com websites (the “Site”) are operated by Ospino Luxury Car Service, LLC. (“VIP Mega Limo” or “VIP Miami Limos”).
These Sites are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of these Sites constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read carefully and keep a copy for your reference.

Electronic Communications
By visiting vipmegalimo.com or vipmiamilimos.com, or by sending us emails, you consent to receive communications electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be in writing.
Your Account
If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. VIP Mega Limo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the event of unauthorized use or security violations.
Children Under Thirteen
VIP Mega Limo does not knowingly collect personal information from persons under 13 years old. Users under 18 must use the Site with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Company is not liable for delays or cancellations due to mechanical issues, weather, or unsafe road conditions; only replacement time will be provided.
Alcohol and drug use are prohibited in all vehicles.
Firearms are strictly prohibited; chauffeurs may terminate the ride without refund if a passenger is armed.
The company is not responsible for items left in vehicles.
Vehicles must not exceed seating capacity.
Chauffeurs may terminate service without refund if passengers behave improperly.
Standing through the sunroof or windows is illegal.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted.
The primary client is financially responsible for any damage caused by passengers.
For airport pickups, clients must meet chauffeurs at baggage claim unless otherwise arranged.
Failure to contact the chauffeur within 60 minutes of the pickup time constitutes a no-show and will be fully charged.
Waiting charges apply after 15 minutes for local pickups ($40 per 30 minutes).
For airports: wait charges apply after 30 minutes (domestic) or 45 minutes (international).
Seaport pickups occur outside the security area.
Hourly billing begins from client pickup to drop-off completion.
Waiting time is billed from the assigned pickup time.
Rides between 12:00 a.m.–6:00 a.m. incur an additional $10.
Extra tolls, stops, or fees are billed post-service.
No-Show: Full charge applies, including gratuity and applicable fees.
Cancellation Windows:
Sedans: 3 hours prior
SUVs/Vans: 6 hours prior
Stretch Limos: 24 hours prior
Party Buses/Motor Coaches: 48 hours prior
Special events (e.g., Super Bowl, Art Basel) may require deposits and modified policies.
All special event deposits are non-refundable.
Safety Notice: For your protection, all vehicles are equipped with G-Force differential video surveillance.
Bundle Service Terms
VIP Mega Limo’s Bundle Service allows clients to prepay for chauffeured hours at discounted rates.
Prepaid hours may be used for airport transfers (MIA, FLL, OPF, PBI) or hourly bookings (minimum 3 hours).
Each hour includes up to 40 miles of travel within the Miami–Fort Lauderdale service area.
Additional mileage beyond this allowance or outside these zones is billed at $5.95 per extra mile applicable.
Prepaid hours never expire and can be applied toward future trips.
Packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior written authorization from VIP Mega Limo.

Service Availability
VIP Mega Limo operates throughout South Florida, including Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.

Rates & Surcharges
Standard hourly rates apply based on vehicle type.
A $50/hour surcharge applies during major holidays and events (Art Basel, Boat Shows, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s).
Chauffeur gratuity not included unless specified.
All rates are subject to change without notice.
Reservations
Service requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance for guaranteed availability.
Same-day requests depend on fleet availability.
A valid credit card is required for all reservations.
Liability & Conduct
VIP Mega Limo is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
Passengers are responsible for damages caused during service.
Smoking, drug use, and disorderly conduct are prohibited.
Seat belt use is mandatory by Florida law.
Payment Terms
Payments accepted: major credit cards, Zelle, or corporate billing.
Late balances accrue 5% per month interest.
Prepaid balances remain active indefinitely.
Jurisdiction
All disputes are governed by the laws of Florida and handled exclusively in Miami-Dade or Broward County.

Intellectual Property & Use Limitations

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VIP Mega Limo, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or services.
Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act, held in Florida.
Class actions are waived — all disputes will be handled on an individual basis.
Liability Disclaimer
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. VIP Mega Limo and Ospino Luxury Car Service, LLC. are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from Site or service use.
Termination of Access
VIP Mega Limo reserves the right to terminate access or refuse service at any time for violations of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
VIP Mega Limo reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Updates will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
